Prize Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together like pie crust.
    Add milk and mix together.
    Do not overmix.
    Roll out, if desired, but are very light otherwise.
    Add a little more sugar and use as short cakes, if desired.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
