Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and crumbled
6 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. grated sharp cheese
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place cubed bread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.
Spread cooked sausage over bread, then top with cheese.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over bread, sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until eggs are done.
Excellent for Thanksgiving or Christmas morning.
