Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 capful real lemon juice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. oleo
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, browned and drained
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper, mustard, lemon juice, onion and oleo.
    Simmer uncovered on low for about 15 minutes.
    Add catsup, Worcestershire sauce and drained meat. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
    If barbecue seems too dry because of the lean meat, add some water and a little more catsup.
