Blackberry Syrup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. blackberry juice
    6 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. arrowroot, dissolved in 1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Bring all to hard boil for 2 minutes.
    Skim off any foam. Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal.
    Makes 3 pints.
