Sesame Pecan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cloves garlic, crushed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and split
    1/4 c. pecans
    1/4 c. walnuts
    1/2 c. natural sesame seed
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 rounded tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Combine garlic, 1 teaspoon salt and buttermilk.
    Let chicken marinate in mixture for at least 2 hours (can marinate overnight).
