Sweet Potato Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, peeled and mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick plus 1/3 c. butter, melted and divided
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, 1 stick melted butter, eggs and vanilla in a 2-quart greased baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine 1/3 cup melted butter, brown sugar and flour.
Spread flour mixture over sweet potatoes.
Top with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
