Cardinal Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 c. finely chopped cooked chicken
    3/4 c. salad dressing
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 c. green grapes, cut in half
Preparation
    Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
    Add chicken, celery, grapes, salad dressing and seasoning; mix lightly.
    Press mixture into a 1 1/2-quart bowl; chill several hours.
    Unmold on serving platter spread with lettuce leaves or choose the following option.
