Pork Loin In Puff Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. puff pastry
1 lb. pork sirloin (tenderloin)
pepper and salt
2 Tbsp. oil
2 chopped shallots
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 to 1 c. diced mushrooms
3 slices boiled ham
1 tsp. Poupon mustard
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. whipping cream
Preparation
-
Roll out defrosted puff pastry to 13 x 16-inch.
Salt and pepper fillet and brown in oil.
Saute shallots in butter.
Add diced mushrooms.
Saute until all liquid is gone, then add mustard.
