Sweet Potato Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) squat can whole sweet potatoes
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
marshmallows

Preparation

Beat all together.
Butter baking dish.
Place 1/2 of mixture in dish.
Dot with marshmallows, then add remaining mixture.
