Taco Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (whole)
    1 to 3 seeded and sliced jalapenos
    1/4 c. olives, halved
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and garlic.
    Drain off fat.
    Stir in tomatoes; break up with a spoon.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer gently for 20 minutes, uncovered.
