Pom Pom'S Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. Crisco
    3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Beat butter, Crisco and sugar together.
    Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
    Add dry ingredients and milk, a little of each at a time.
    Add lemon and almond.
    Put in well-greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
