Church Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 beaten eggs
    1 scant qt. milk
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    white bread with crusts removed
Preparation
    Cut bread into 1-inch squares and cover bottom of 6 x 9-inch cake pan.
    Mix ingredients (minus bread) and pour over bread squares.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes, or until center is dry.
