"No Excuse" Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. freshly ground whole wheat flour
1 qt. warm water, whey, potato water or milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. honey, raw sugar or unsulphured molasses
1 pkg. dry yeast
Preparation

Have all ingredients at room temperature.
Soften yeast in a little warm water.
Add honey, sugar or molasses and set aside about 15 minutes (while you eat breakfast or wash dishes).
Mix flour and salt; gradually stir in yeast mixture.
Add water or milk until dough is consistency of thick porridge (more moist than the usual bread dough).
Spoon dough into 3 greased loaf pans. Set in warm place until dough rises nearly to the top of pans. (This will allow another 20 to 30 minutes to do odds and ends about the house.)
Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 375\u00b0 until crusty. Turn out on rack to cool.
