B L M K H Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 bell pepper (chopped fine)
1 onion (chopped fine)
1 egg (beaten)
dash of salt

Preparation

Mix together with just enough milk that mixture will slide off spoon easily, drop in hot oil, brown until inside is cooked well.
