Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. vinegar
    12 lb. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/2 gal. jalapeno peppers
    4 large chopped onions
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. salt
    3 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Cook together until desired taste and thickness.
    Can, as you would other foods.
    If too hot for taste, add tomato sauce only when ready to eat.
