Ingredients

2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 c. apple juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Heat together pineapple juice and apple juice.
Mix together cornstarch and water.
Add to hot juice and heat until thickened. Add crushed pineapple.
Stir.
Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
