Pineapple Cream Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

In a saucepan, combine first 3 ingredients.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water; stir into hot cheese mixture.
Cool, then add whipping cream and nuts.
Pour into dish and chill until firm.
May use Cool Whip in place of cream.
