*Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    2 lb. chopped meat
    2 c. crushed tomato
    2 c. tomato sauce, divided
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. fresh dill
    3 c. water
    2 Knorr chicken cubes
    salt and pepper
    27 oz. fresh sauerkraut (in bag)
Preparation
    Cook cored cabbage in a large pot of boiling water, removing leaves as they soften.
    In 4 tablespoons oil saute chopped onion. When soft, remove to a large bowl.
    To oil in pan, add additional 1/2 cup oil, crushed tomatoes and 1 Knorr cube.
    Simmer for 10 minutes.
