Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage, fried with 1 small chopped onion, then drained
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 large can sauerkraut, squeezed dry and chopped fine
    4 rounded Tbsp. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients (works well in processor).
    Roll into 1-inch balls; roll in crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
