Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 can chunk pineapple (reserve 1/2 c. juice)
1 c. nuts
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin and sugar in water.
Using beaters, add cream cheese.
Add drained pineapple, nuts and 1/2 cup of pineapple juice.
Cool until slightly set.
Fold in whipped cream.
Chill until firm.
