Pepper And Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 1/2 c. cooked corn kernels (canned is fine)
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 sweet red pepper, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1 1/3 c. cider vinegar
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except vinegar thoroughly in pot. Stir in vinegar gradually.
Bring to boil and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 25 to 30 minutes.
Place in hot jars.
Seal and water-process 10 minutes.
Makes about 5 pints.
