Becky'S Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can salmon
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. dried, minced onion
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    10 to 12 saltines, crushed
    corn meal
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Flake salmon into mixing bowl.
    Add milk, eggs, onion, salt, black pepper, paprika and crushed crackers.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Pat out into 6 to 7 patties or \"tee pees.\"
    Roll lightly in cornmeal to coat.
    Place on plate and refrigerate 30 minutes or longer, covered with plastic wrap.
