White Flour Tortillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. powdered milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add shortening and mix thoroughly.
    Add water and mix well.
    Shape dough into egg size balls and place on floured board.
    Cover with wax paper and let stand for 20 minutes. Dust board with flour and roll out dough, round and paper thin. Place on hot grill or iron skillet.
    Cook 1 to 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
    Remove and serve with meal.
