Cacciatore Ala Sam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken legs
    1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
    Brown chicken and sausage in a skillet with a little oil. Remove meat and set aside.
    In same pan, saute pepper and onion until tender.
    Layer chicken and sausage in a shallow roasting pan.
    Top with pepper, onion and mushrooms.
    Pour sauce over all. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with cooked spaghetti.
