Fruit Salad Pie(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    about 1 c. fruit plus juice (cherries, strawberries or apricots, etc.)
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (matching flavor)
    4 large sliced bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook the sugar, flour, pineapple and fruit plus juice until thick. Add Jell-O dry.
    Add bananas and pecans. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill. Serve. Top with Cool Whip.
