Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Campbell's beefy mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    mashed potatoes (approximately 4 c.)
Preparation
    Measure 1/4 cup of soup, mixing in with all ingredients except mashed potatoes.
    Form into a loaf and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove from oven; drain fat.
    Spread hot mashed potatoes over meat loaf.
    Bake 20 minutes longer.
    Heat remaining soup (you might want two cans) and serve over sliced meat loaf.
    Makes 6 servings.
