Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. squash
    4 c. onions
    4 sweet peppers
    salt
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 Tbsp. mixed spices
Preparation
    Cut up peppers, squash and onions; drain 1 hour.
    Salt to taste.
    Mix last 4 ingredients. Bring to boil; add squash, onions and peppers. Cook 3 minutes.
    Put in jars.
    Seal jars while still hot.
