Peanut Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add sugar gradually; add water and vanilla, then dry ingredients that have been sifted together twice.
    Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    When cold, cut in small squares and spread with the following mixture:
    one pound powdered sugar and 1/2 pound butter.
    Roll in ground peanuts.
