Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 red potatoes
    5 medium size eggs
    1 1/2 Tbsp. dried onion (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/4 c. low-fat mayonnaise
Preparation
    In a large pot, boil potatoes over medium heat for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Boil eggs over medium heat for 15 minutes.
