Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium size potatoes
2/3 c. chopped celery
6 to 8 Tbsp. diced sweet pickles
1/2 tsp. celery seed
8 Tbsp. mayonnaise
6 hard-boiled eggs
2/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 small jar diced pimento
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Peel potatoes; dice into about 1/2 to 1-inch squares. Cook in salted water, until just tender; drain and let cool. Dice eggs and add all other ingredients. Fold into potatoes; do not over mix. Serves 6 to 8 people.
