Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. oleo
1/2 c. chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. sweet basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
2 beaten eggs
8 oz. (2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Melt oleo and saute zucchini and onion.
Stir in parsley, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Combine eggs and cheese.
Stir into zucchini mixture.
