Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boned chicken breasts
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    1 (5 oz.) can bamboo shoots
    3 green onions
    1 stalk celery
    1 jar pimento
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. wild or white rice
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
Preparation
    Skin, bone and cube chicken breasts.
    Prepare mushrooms. Drain bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.
    Slice onion and celery into thin pieces.
