Ingredients

1 large Bermuda onion
2/3 c. milk
1/2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Peel onion.
Cut in thin slices and separate into rings.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth.
Dip each ring into batter and drop into hot grease.
Fry about 3 minutes or until golden brown, turning once.
Drain.
