Lamb Chop Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 shoulder lamb chops
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    8 oz. cauliflower, in bite size pieces
    2 large carrots, cut in 1 1/2-inch chunks
    4 small onions
    2 medium potatoes, quartered
    4 oz. broccoli flowerets
    8 cherry tomatoes
    1 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
    Add wine, water and bouillon cube.
    Simmer 1/2 hour, covered.
