Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced, unpeeled zucchini
    2 medium size onions, chopped
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can crescent rolls
    2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
Preparation
    Saute zucchini and onion in butter in large saucepan until tender, 20 minutes.
    Stir in next four seasonings and remove from heat.
    Stir together eggs and cheese in large bowl and add vegetable mixture.
