Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. Raisin Bran
    5 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    3 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 ripe bananas, blended up (optional)
    1 c. cooking oil
    4 beaten eggs
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a big bowl.
    Add liquids and eggs. Refrigerate overnight; bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Can be made up a few at a time.
    Will last up to 6 weeks in refrigerator. (Makes a big batch; you may want to cut in half.)
