Calzones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury pizza dough or dough of your choice (to cover cookie sheet 2 times)
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    8 oz. sharp cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    8 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    garlic and Italian spices
Preparation
    Roll out 1 dough onto cookie sheet.
    Mix Ricotta cheese, egg, spices and garlic.
    Spread over bottom crust.
    Sprinkle the three types of shredded cheese over this.
    Top with the rest of the dough, sealing the edges.
    Bake until golden brown, 20 to 30 minutes, at 350\u00b0.
    Serve plain or with spaghetti sauce and meat.
