Oven Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. frying chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 medium onions in 1/4-inch slices
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. catsup
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    2 to 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Brown chicken in salad oil.
    Remove chicken and saute onions and celery until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients to vegetables. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Skim off excess fat.
    Place chicken in 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Pour sauce over.
    Bake, uncovered, at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
