Cream Of Broccoli Crab Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. crabmeat
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half cream
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions; set aside.
In a large pan, saute onion in butter; blend in flour.
Add milk and half and half slowly.
Cook until thickened and smooth.
Dissolve bouillon in the hot mixture.
Add seasonings, crab and broccoli. Heat thoroughly and serve.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
