Peach Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can cling peach slices
1 1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Drain peaches well and crush 1 cup with fork in strainer. Combine peaches with all remaining ingredients.
Spoon into two greased 8-inch square pans.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
