Chicken Or Turkey Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 large carrot, sliced
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 small onion (whole)
    1 stick celery (whole)
    1 (11 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    turkey or chicken (leftover or canned)
    1 small can refrigerator biscuits or your own homemade biscuits
Preparation
    Cook vegetables together until tender; discard onion and celery.
    Mix vegetables, meat and soup together in a bowl.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Top with biscuits or homemade dough and bake at 425\u00b0 until golden brown, about 10 to 12 minutes.
