Beef Nacho Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 jar chunky salsa (medium or mild, depending on taste)
1 c. frozen corn, thawed
3/4 c. salad dressing
1 tsp. chili powder or to taste
2 c. tortilla chips, broken up
2 c. shredded cheese (nacho or Colby)
Preparation

Brown meat; add salsa, corn, salad dressing and chili powder. Layer in casserole the meat, cheese and crushed chips, ending with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve over noodles or rice. Makes 4 servings.
