Peach Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced peaches
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Place peaches (juice also) in buttered baking dish.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Mix flour, sugar and eggs until lumpy.
    Spread this mixture over fruit.
    Sprinkle top with melted butter.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (The flour mixture will not spread out evenly and smoothly but it cooks well.)
