Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 egg yolks or 3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk or water
1 egg
water
1 large chicken
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients by hand (will be stiff).
Roll out on flour.
Fold dough after rolling out into 3 layers.
Cut into noodles (no more than 1/4-inch thick).
Boil chicken in water for 1 hour or until done.
Use broth off of chicken to put noodles in. Pick chicken off the bones.
Put into broth with noodles.
Cook on low together with noodles until noodles are tender.
Serve. Makes 1 gallon.
