Cream-Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    6 or 7 medium-large potatoes
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Velveeta
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 small onion, chopped
Preparation
    Fry bacon and reserve 2 tablespoons drippings. Cut potatoes into 1-inch cubes and cook
    until done. Saute onion in bacon drippings until transparent.
    Stir in cheese and sour cream until cheese is melted.
    Drain potatoes and sprinkle with 1 or 2 teaspoons seasoned salt.
    Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
    Bake a few minutes.
