Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    2 tsp. oil
    lettuce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic
    3/4 tsp. chopped chili pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped lemon grass
    2 Tbsp. green onion
    1 lb. frozen shrimp
Preparation
    Bring water to boil; add shrimp.
    Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain, shell and devein.
    In bowl, combine green onion, lemon grass, chili pepper, garlic, lemon juice, fish sauce and oil.
    Mix well.
    Add shrimp.
    Cover and chill.
