Turkey Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 1/2 lb. turkey cutlets, cut in strips
    4 medium size tomatoes (1 1/2 lb.)
    2 green onions (scallions)
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp. dry basil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Put cutlets in a baking dish; pour wine over and set aside. Dice tomatoes and slice onions.
    Remove cutlets from wine. (Reserve wine and add water to equal 1/3 cup.)
    In skillet cook cutlets in olive oil.
    Turn until brown.
    Remove to a warm platter. To drippings add tomatoes, onions, basil and sugar.
    Mix cornstarch and wine and add to tomato mixture.
    Boil until thick and pour over turkey.
