Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) bag spinach, stemmed and torn into pieces
    8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    sliced mushrooms (as many as desired)
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    1 or 2 green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all together. Toss with dressing just before serving.
