Raspberry Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled, cored and sliced Granny Smith apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. raspberries
2 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 beaten egg white
two 9-inch pie crusts (unbaked)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Mix apples and raspberries in a large bowl; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients, except crust, in a small bowl and sprinkle over fruit.
Mix well and spoon into prepared crust.
Set aside.
