Potato-Tomato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean hamburger
4 c. cubed and peeled potatoes
1 small chopped onion
3 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Fry and drain hamburger. Combine all in Dutch oven kettle and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until soup has thickened.
